Founder Fjodor Elesin

Fjodor Elesin is a producer and creator of numerous musical, digital, and educational initiatives that bridge cultures and redefine how classical music engages with the modern world.
In 2018, he became the Artistic Director of SchlossAkademie (Germany) – an international music academy that trains young musicians across global branches, supported by more than 200 renowned professors and artists.
During the 2020 pandemic, Elesin founded Classic@Home, a digital platform that made classical concerts accessible online. What began as an emergency initiative has evolved into a global ecosystem – combining a streaming platform, concert agency, and educational network for musicians.
Classic@Home’s first major international project, BEE250VEN, brought together more than 250 musicians for over 40 online concerts. Later projects included Musical Bridge (in collaboration with the Goethe-Institut) and the WorldVision Music Contest, which at the time featured the largest prize fund in the world of classical music and supported emerging talents globally.
In 2021, Elesin became President and Curator of the OperaFirst project, launching a unique cultural exchange between the Arabic world and Europe. Within this initiative, a joint orchestra was created uniting musicians from both regions, marking the project’s first major international production experience.
Since 2022, he has led the Debut Concert Competition, offering young artists the chance to perform at world-class venues such as the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg and Berliner Philharmonie.
Elesin also produced Kaddisch – a musical and visual short film that reflects on global events of 2022, blending historical narrative with emotional expression.
In 2023, he founded The Spieler, an artist management agency representing leading performers including soprano Olga Peretyatko, Grammy Award winner Sumi Jo, tenor Marcelo Álvarez, and other prominent names in the classical music world.
By 2024, Elesin’s projects had reached a truly global scale. Under his leadership, educational programs, festivals, and concerts took place in Buenos Aires, Hanoi, Shanghai, Beijing, Paris, Brussels, Berlin, Dubai, New York, Zurich, and Vienna – affirming his international presence in concert production, stage direction, and touring, supported by a strong network of global partners.
In 2025, Elesin is launching Elysium, a next-generation ticketing and crowdfunding platform designed specifically for classical music. Its mission is to support and promote classical culture, creating a unified digital space for artists and audiences, and filling a long-standing gap in the industry by providing tools for sustainable classical music development.
Throughout all these endeavors, Elesin has built a dynamic international team of experienced professionals, operating flexibly across continents and supported by a robust network of cultural, institutional, and creative partners.
